📋 Description

• Integrate and train clients in using the company's solution through training sessions of 2 to 3
• Provide advice and share product expertise to help clients maximize their subscription
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client questions and requests
• Manage and follow up with clients with the goal of providing exceptional service and exceeding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous successful experience in account management or client relations
• Strong analytical skills combined with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate trust with independent
• Comfortable with SaaS tools and tech environments; CRM proficiency is a plus
• Valid driver's license (permis B) required, ability to autonomously manage the Lyon region

• Fixed salary between €28,000 and €34,000 gross per year plus uncapped variable (target OTE: €39,000
