Onboarding Specialist - Metz

📋 Description

• Integrate and train clients on the software through 2-3 hour sessions
• Advise clients and share product expertise to maximize their subscription
• Act as primary point of contact for all client questions and requests
• Manage client relationships to deliver exceptional service and exceed expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in account management or client relations
• Strong analytical skills with creative problem-solving approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build trust with entrepreneurs
• Comfortable with SaaS tools and tech environments; CRM mastery a plus
• Valid driver's license (Class B) for autonomous travel in Metz region
