Oncology Pathology Assist Temp Position

📋 Description

• Assist teams in interpreting oncology pathology reports to identify optimal samples.
• Read and curate clinical history, diagnosis, and specimen data in Signatera DB.
• Devise strategies to stratify data for retrieval from Signatera and other databases.
• Maintain proficiency with WHO guidelines for diagnostic data.
• Serve as SME for pathology reports to leadership and trial teams.
• Identify suboptimal sample timing or fixative conditions and alert leadership.
• Assist in procuring optimal additional samples with Genetic Counseling and CX.
• Provide professional support for Clinical Trial data transfer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with ASCP Histology Technologist certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in anatomic pathology with solid tumor knowledge.
• Interpret and convey pathology report information for solid tumors.
• Identify diagnostic samples to ensure testing success.
• Communicate effectively with team members and referring labs.
• Build relationships with referring laboratories.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently.
