• Lead and develop a nine-person SEO team.
• Shape SEO strategy for local, national, and international clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO in a digital/performance agency.
• 1–2 years leading or mentoring an SEO team.
• Hands-on expertise: Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Local SEO, authority building.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and priorities.
• Proven experience presenting SEO strategy and performance to clients.
• Experience cross-functionally with content teams and developers.
