📋 Description

• Conduct video consultations and patient messaging via telemedicine.
• Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe meds when appropriate.
• Coordinate treatment plans with UpLift’s network of therapists.
• Deliver empathetic, high-quality care and uphold standards.
• Provide feedback to engineering and operations to improve care.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience as PMHNP.
• Active medical license in good standing.
• Comfortable prescribing meds when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law.
• Skilled at using online tools to deliver virtual care.
• Previous telemedicine experience is a plus.
• Multiple state licenses and fluency in additional languages are strong advantages.
