📋 Description

  • Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects inclusive of English or U.S. high school diploma/GED
  • Valid government issued ID, TRN, and NIS card
  • Flexible availability to work any day, shift, weekends and public holidays
  • Must be able to train and/or work onsite
  • High performance in handling high volume of inbound calls
  • Customer service experience is an asset and preferred
