Online Yoga & Programming Lead & Special Projects

📋 Description

• Teach a minimum of two in-studio yoga classes and two LIVE online classes per week, covering the
• Lead at least two online teacher training programs annually, including preparation, session
• Audit online training programs when not directly leading them to maintain consistency and quality
• Drive enrollment in online programs by participating in enrollment meetings, student consultations
• Support the LIVE Studio Manager in maintaining high teaching standards through class observations
• Manage online learning platforms (LMS), including course materials, student rosters, progress

🎯 Requirements

• Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 certification with active registration, as well as current CPR/AED
• Established experience teaching across all yoga formats, with a strong understanding of yoga
• At least two years of teaching experience within an established multi-location yoga organization
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), Zoom, and other virtual teaching platforms, with
• Ability to organize and lead training programs, manage student progress, coordinate enrollment
• Demonstrated ability to coach instructors, identify emerging talent, and develop future teachers
