Onshore Technical Manager

📋 Description

• Interact with the business team to discuss, translate requirements to user stories, and implement
• Coordinate with the offshore team for requirements/development, etc.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Drive the project to achieve milestones.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies (Relevant) or as full stack (MEAN, MERN).
• Experience as onshore coordinator.
• Working experience on .Net Core, building Microservices.
• Working experience of designing & developing solutions in AWS/Azure Cloud.
• Good experience in C#, Angular 6+/React.js 16.0.0+, SQL Server.
