📋 Description

• Onsite resource for caregiving benefits information.
• One-on-one sessions to assess needs and guide to Wellthy.
• Build relationships with client HR, wellbeing teams, and ERGs.
• Connect employees with tools, resources, and services for caregiving.
• Build relationships with community childcare providers.
• Travel between client locations and events as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in employee benefits, engagement, HR, customer success, or related field.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences at onsite events.
• Experience in consultative role with employees/customers.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; English/Spanish a plus.
