Onsite Care Specialist

📋 Description

• Serve as onsite resource for caregiving, work/life, and family care benefits.
• Meet with employees to understand needs, answer questions, and guide to Wellthy services.
• Help employees start with Wellthy: set up accounts, navigate platform, connect to resources.
• Facilitate handoffs to Wellthy Care Coordinators, Backup Care Specialists, for ongoing support.
• Explain how Wellthy supports caregiving through education and consultation.
• Travel between client locations and events as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in employee benefits, HR, customer success, or related field.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences via onsite events.
• Experience serving employees or customers in a consultative, service role.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
