📋 Description

• Conduct structured, in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit across skills, experience, and role requirements
• Match candidates to hiring needs with a strong focus on quality and precision
• Represent the company brand with professionalism in all candidate interactions (virtual and onsite)
• Evaluate candidate communication style, professionalism, and readiness for client-facing roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring expectations
• Provide clear and structured interview feedback and hiring recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of interview experience beyond basic screening
• Strong executive presence in virtual and in-person settings
• Excellent communication and ability to represent the brand
• Proven ability to assess candidates holistically for roles
• Experience in quality-driven recruitment (non-volume)
• BPO recruitment acceptable if depth of interviewing is demonstrated
