Onsite Recruitment Coordinator

📋 Description

• Liaising with the onsite manager and planning recruitment sessions around the intake plan
• Carrying out registration sessions and planning induction/training sessions
• Recruiting and attracting the best talent for warehouse operative roles
• Reporting, recording and tracking the weekly recruitment activity
• Reviewing with the marketing team to place adverts for warehouse operatives
• New starter engagement and supporting with any queries

🎯 Requirements

• A good standard of verbal and written English
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience of working as a resourcer, recruiter or consultant
• Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
