Onsite Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement back-end services for platform layers
• Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of our solutions
• Provide onsite and remote IT support for Endava staff
• Maintain IT infrastructure and update internal documentation
• Be on-call for high-priority issues outside business hours
• Maintain Access Control and CCTV systems

🎯 Requirements

• Windows 10 and MacOS installation, operation and troubleshooting
• Imaging and deploying Windows devices using SCCM and Intune
• Active Directory and Azure Active Directory knowledge
• Networking concepts and troubleshooting
• Office 365 administration knowledge
• ITSM tools experience
