📋 Description

• Serve as onsite owner for Array system performance.
• Monitor system health, robot activity, and workflow health.
• Proactively optimize workflows to meet throughput KPIs.
• Troubleshoot onsite robotics hardware and software.
• Validate performance and provide product feedback.
• Analyze throughput and utilization to drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 1+ years in warehouse ops, robotics, or customer-facing roles.
• Familiar with warehouse ops, picking workflows, and productivity metrics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting hardware or software systems.
• Strong analytical skills to derive operational improvements.
• Able to work in fast-paced, early deployments.
