📋 Description

• Onsite owner of the Locus robotic fleet at a customer site.
• Monitor system health, robot activity, tasks, and workflows.
• Proactively optimize workflows to hit throughput and KPIs.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting and repairs to maintain uptime.
• Test, validate, and analyze performance for product development.
• Provide feedback on system performance and edge cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 1+ years in warehouse ops, robotics, automation, or tech customer-facing work.
• Familiar with warehouse ops, picking workflows, labor metrics.
• Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting or quick learning aptitude.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, early-stage deployments.
