Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics

📋 Description

• Onsite owner of the Locus robotic fleet at a customer site
• Monitor system health, robot activity, and workflows to maximize uptime
• Optimize workflows to meet throughput targets and KPIs
• Troubleshoot and repair robots onsite to maintain uptime
• Conduct testing, validation, and performance analysis for product dev
• Provide feedback on performance, usability, and edge cases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, CS, Industrial Eng, or related field
• 1+ years in warehouse ops, robotics, automation, or tech customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with warehouse ops, picking workflows, labor metrics
• Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting or strong technical aptitude
• Strong data interpretation and operational improvement skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, early-stage deployments

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range $50,000 - $90,000 plus bonus and equity
