Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics

📋 Description

• Onsite owner of the Locus robotic fleet at a customer site.
• Monitor system health, robot activity, and workflows to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair robots onsite to maintain performance.
• Test, validate, and analyze performance for product improvements.
• Provide feedback on system performance and edge cases for validation.
• Coordinate with customer operations and internal teams on issues and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, CS, IE, or related field.
• 1+ years in warehouse ops, robotics, automation, or tech customer roles.
• Familiar with warehouse workflows, labor metrics, and productivity metrics.
• Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting or strong technical aptitude.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills for operational improvements.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, early-stage deployments and influence cross-functionally.
