Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics (6AM-2:30PM ET)

📋 Description

• Be the onsite owner for Array system performance and daily stability.
• Monitor system health, robot activity, task execution, workflows.
• Proactively optimize workflows to hit throughput targets and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and repair onsite hardware/software to maintain uptime.
• Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis for product development.
• Provide structured feedback on usability, performance, and edge cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years in warehouse ops, robotics, automation, or tech customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with warehouse ops, picking workflows, and labor metrics.
• Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting or strong technical aptitude.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, esp early-stage deployments.
