Onsite Technical Specialist, Robotics (2:30PM-11:00PM ET)

📋 Description

• Serve as the onsite owner for Array system performance, ensuring daily operational success and stability.
• Monitor system health and performance, including robot activity and workflows.
• Proactively manage and optimize workflows to meet throughput targets and KPIs.
• Perform onsite robot troubleshooting and repairs to maintain uptime.
• Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis for product development.
• Support product validation by providing feedback on performance, usability, and edge cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, CS, Industrial Eng, or related field.
• 1+ years in warehouse ops, robotics, automation, or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with warehouse ops: picking workflows, labor, productivity metrics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting hardware or software; quick learner.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into improvements.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, especially in early-stage deployments.
