Onsite Technical Specialist, Robotics (6AM-2:30PM ET)

📋 Description

• Serve as onsite owner for Array system performance and daily stability.
• Monitor system health and performance (robot activity, tasks, workflows).
• Proactively manage and optimize workflows to hit throughput targets.
• Perform onsite robot troubleshooting and repairs to maintain uptime.
• Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis for product development.
• Provide structured feedback on system performance, usability, and edge cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years in warehouse ops, robotics, automation, or tech customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with warehouse ops, picking workflows, labor management, and metrics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting hardware or software systems.
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into operational improvements.
• Willingness to work onsite daily and adapt to schedules.
