• Create and maintain member and client collateral for open enrollment
• Coordinate project management for OE materials and resources
• Facilitate client orders with vendors
• Assist with open enrollment event facilitation
• Analyze trends to improve OE process year over year
• Communicate with Client Success teams for positive client experience
