OpenShift Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect, deploy, and maintain production OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) clusters across
• Act as the primary OpenShift subject matter expert, establishing technical standards, best
• Collaborate with networking, operating systems, database, and application teams to integrate
• Lead cluster lifecycle management, including provisioning, patching, upgrades, maintenance, and
• Design and implement backup and restoration strategies, high-availability configurations, and
• Enable workload migrations between on-premises and cloud environments, supporting hybrid

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or platform operations.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience engineering and operating OpenShift (OCP) platforms in
• Strong understanding of container orchestration, Kubernetes internals, and the broader OpenShift
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure architecture across VMware, bare-metal environments, and
• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure and migrating workloads between on-premises and cloud
• Proven expertise in backup and restoration processes, disaster recovery planning, and

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary range of CAD 85,000–95,000.
