• German and English communication (phone, video, written).
• Investigation, analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivation and initiative; proactive knowledge of Keyloop product suite.
• ERP Application support experience.
• Ability to interact with multiple levels of customers and associates.
