🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA a plus, not required.
• Proven ownership of revenue, margin, or delivery results, ideally in tech or services. MSP
• Hands-on experience owning a P&L or managing a budget.
• Track record building, developing, and, when needed, restructuring teams.
• Comfortable working in the details of a small, lean business with no bench to lean on.
• Confident with senior clients and skilled at translating technical realities into business terms.
