🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in high-growth technology companies, investment banks, private equity, VC or venture
• A track record of excellence across more than one domain: built things, fixed things, and led
• Experience leading teams of 10+ people, directly or across functions.
• Comfort with extreme ambiguity and full accountability for outcomes.
• Fluency with AI tools in daily work.
