🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Content Editing and Customer Support
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and shifts
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Customer-centric mindset with multitask ability
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders; problem solving
