📋 Description

• Manage customers through launch and full lifecycle.
• Monitor trading performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner on coverage, market issues, and pricing topics.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Drive adoption of new features and demonstrate value.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years trading or strong analytical/trading room exp.
• Flexibility to work shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends).
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong technical aptitude; quick learner of new tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• English fluency; Russian knowledge beneficial; MS Office + SQL beneficial.
