📋 Description

• Manage stakeholder relationships for Energy Code arrangements
• Support onboarding and socialisation of code arrangements
• Create and maintain close working relationships with party types
• Gather and share feedback on Code aspects and support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Code service providers to onboard parties and stakeholders
• Support Change Management team with change solutions

🎯 Requirements

• UK Energy market experience preferred
• Ability to create resilient relationships
• Understanding of stakeholder needs and consumer-centric service
• Problem-solving with ownership of issues and queries
• Ambitious, creative, innovative, and continuous learner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
