Operational Excellence Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation, optimization, governance, and user adoption of Sitetracker for post-COD
• Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures, process maps, templates, trackers
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate contract, O&M, warranty, compliance, safety
• Support the onboarding and optimization of enterprise agreements and operations management
• Use AI and other digital tools to identify process gaps, analyze lessons learned, create solutions
• Support contract obligation extraction, documentation standardization, reporting, and tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, systems
• Experience with Sitetracker or similar enterprise platforms, including contract management, project
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflows, documentation, data organization
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate
• Excellent organization and documentation skills, with experience developing SOPs, process maps
• Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to identify gaps, standardize workflows, and
