Develop, document, and maintain EU SOP library for all warehouse workflows.
Audit each FC site and produce actionable follow-up reports.
Lead Lean, Kaizen, and 5S to drive labor efficiency and space use.
Own ICQA programs, including cycle counts and inventory discrepancies.
Define and report KPI framework across EU sites.
Collaborate with 3PL, Tech, and Transportation to align processes and Linnworks.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in warehouse ops/supply chain, multi-site or cross-country.
Expertise in process design, SOP writing, and operational auditing.
Proven CI using Lean/Kaizen/5S; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
Deep knowledge of inbound/outbound/returns/VAS and inventory control.
Proficient in WMS (Linnworks preferred); data dashboards/insights.
Highly organized with strong communication; English required; German a plus.
