Develop and implement ICEYE's production framework globally at production sites
Improve manufacturing processes with Lean and continuous improvement
Lead selected improvement projects with measurable outcomes
Define and track KPIs to improve efficiency and quality
Collaborate with manufacturing teams and process owners

🎯 Requirements

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field with 5+ years in Lean/Quality
Hands-on Lean in manufacturing or operations
Experience leading improvement initiatives with tangible results
Strong communication with diverse stakeholders
Experience facilitating workshops in continuous improvement
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent training
