📋 Description

• Lead complex cross-functional improvement initiatives
• Identify, assess and prioritise improvement opportunities
• Lead complex improvement projects through the full DMAIC lifecycle
• Analyse process, customer and performance data
• Matrix-lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Identify, shape and implement process, automation and AI-enabled improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with proven experience leading end-to-end DMAIC projects
• 5+ years relevant experience in Operational Excellence or similar, including 2-3 years at Black
• Practical experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, process mapping, root cause
• Experience mentoring Yellow Belts, Green Belts or project teams
• Understanding of automation and digital improvement opportunities (RPA, workflow optimisation
• Experience in a large, international or matrix organisation
