Operational Excellence Specialist (Midshift)

📋 Description

• Project manage and implement baseline elevation initiatives.
• Identify improvements, develop new processes, monitor impact.
• Serve as liaison between Client Delivery and Shared Service partners.
• Establish and drive best practices; ensure adoption.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement; plan actions.
• Provide status updates to leadership; flag risks/issues.
• Provide admin support to the Operational Excellence Executive.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in process improvement or efficiency initiatives.
• Interest in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.
