Operational Manager

📋 Description

• Monitor compliance for all conditions of contract (COCs) for contracted providers
• Provide thorough, complete and timely orientation and training to new and current contracted
• Assure that admit, discharge, and change forms are completed and submitted on a timely basis
• Review and communicate contractual obligations with contracted providers
• Ensure units are requested and obtained prior to services rendered for contracted provider service
• Assure the development and compliance of new potential contracted providers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with nine college credit hours in family focus, individual function and
• OR Master's degree in social work AND 1 year of experience in children's services
• OR Master's degree in behavioral or social science or related field AND 2 years of experience in
• OR Doctorate in behavioral or social science or related field AND 1 year of experience in
• 1-3 years supervisory experience of front-line management required
• Prior experience in developing and implementing individual programs and budget implementation
