Operational Material Strategist

📋 Description

• Follow end-to-end project progress for raw material / yarn / cashmere initiatives, log action
• Track tasks assigned to the material team, follow up on pending deliverables, align stakeholders
• Own KPI tracking: compile data, build dashboards / tracking sheets, measure performance metrics
• Aggregate scattered inputs from vendors, mills, internal teams; organize meeting notes, action
• Draft and proofread English business communications, coordinate follow-ups with internal &amp

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from top-tier universities; overseas graduates are highly preferred. Straight-A academic
• Exceptional business English (written & verbal), able to independently draft professional
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Consulting internship experience of up to 1 year is a strong plus.
• Strong organisational skills, meticulous, systematic, good at sorting large volumes of scattered
• Proactive, great at follow-up, comfortable with multi-tasking, can quickly identify risks and
• Good Excel / spreadsheet skills for tracking logs and KPI tables.
