Operational Program Director / 245D Designated Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate programs for individuals with ID, DD, mental health or autism.
• Mix of direct care and supervisory duties across group homes.
• Flexible full-time schedule; may be part-time within homes.
• OPD on-call for emergencies unless another manager is designated.
• Ensure shifts are filled with trained staff per policy; limit direct service.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing in MN.
• Three years’ supervisory experience in human services.
• Valid US Driver’s License with clean motor vehicle background.
• Valid liability insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform personal cares, lift/transfer, and transport clients.
