Leadership and coordination of overall programs for persons with ID, DD, Mental Health Diagnosis
Mix of direct care and supervisory duties
On-call support for staff and coordinators within four to five programs during business hours
On-call for 15-30 sites on weekends (Fri 5pm - Mon 8am) approximately every 3-6 weeks

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field (preferred)
Designated Manager status per 245D licensing requirements in MN
Three years' experience supervising staff in the human service field (per 245D requirements)
Valid US driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle background check
Valid liability vehicle insurance with reliable transportation
Ability to complete personal cares, lift and transfer
