Operational Program Director / 245D Designated Manager

📋 Description

• Leadership and coordination of overall programs
• Direct supervision duties
• Fill direct service shifts with trained staff
• Cover direct service shifts up to 16 hours per week
• Be on-call at all times
• Maintain flexible schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field preferred
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing requirements
• Three years' supervisory experience in human services
• Valid US driver's license with acceptable background check
• Valid vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
• Ability to complete personal cares and lift/transfer
