Operational Program Director / 245D Designated Manager * Up to $5000 sign on bonus *

📋 Description

• Leadership and coordination of overall programs working with persons with intellectual
• Supervise and coordinate program operations
• Ensure direct service shifts are filled by trained and oriented staff
• Be on-call at all times
• Work direct service shifts as needed (normally not exceeding 16 hours per week)
• Maintain flexible schedule to accommodate various program, individual, and staff needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field preferred
• Must be a Designated Manager per 245D licensing requirements in MN
• Three (3) years experience supervising staff in the human service field
• Valid United States Driver's License with acceptable motor vehicle background check
• Valid liability vehicle insurance with reliable transportation
• Must be able to complete personal cuts and be able to lift and transfer
