📋 Description

• Role overseeing safe on-road testing and robotaxi operations in the US
• Independent safety function supervising field operations and real-time risk actions
• Collaborate with engineering, fleet ops, and global safety teams for safe deployments
• Ensure compliance with US regulators (DMV, NHTSA) and safety standards
• Monitor safety performance and maintain risk controls and mitigation strategies
• Lead safety training and foster a safety-first culture across operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in incident investigation in safety-critical environments
• Experience in operational safety, risk monitoring, or safety assurance
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and present insights
• Ability to work independently with sound safety judgment
• Knowledge of AV/automotive safety standards and human factors
• Experience developing and implementing safety processes
