📋 Description

Lead enterprise operational and resiliency risk program for a regulated, globally distributed
Design risk framework, taxonomy, appetite, and control assurance programs.
Own issue/risk event management and drive risk-based decisions with execs and Board.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, Treasury, Security, Legal, and Compliance.
Build AI-native tooling to make risk management faster and more practical.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in operational, technology, or enterprise risk in financial services.
Experience building risk function from early stage; strong knowledge of RCSA, control testing
Fluent with agentic AI in risk work; hands-on coding not required.
Understanding of broker-dealer operations and related regulations (SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA).
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without formal authority.
