Operational Technology Security Consultant

📋 Description

• Maintain OT security standards/regulatory knowledge through ongoing development
• Guide OT risk discussions with technical teams, operations staff, and executives
• Interview stakeholders and review OT policies, architecture docs, and compliance records
• Assess OT environments vs IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NIST CSF, NERC CIP, NIS2
• Develop maturity assessments and remediation roadmaps to address OT gaps
• Present findings to leadership via executive briefings and reports

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in OT security or OT risk assessment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IS, or related field; or equivalent
• Direct OT experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities
• Hands-on experience with ICS and SCADA systems
• Knowledge of control systems, industrial automation architectures, OT networking
• Expertise in OT frameworks: IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP
