🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
• Experience in logistics, operations, or distribution valued.
• Experience preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs valued.
• Experience with ERP systems or logistics management software valued.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
