Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Identify and implement process improvements for resource management.
• Prepare staffing and operational reports: utilization, forecasting, hiring.
• Collaborate with leaders on resource planning and tooling.
• Execute end-to-end ops: handoffs, planning, PSA setup, time-tracking.
• Monitor delivery processes and provide leadership insights.
• Lead weekly/monthly capacity and staffing reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business ops or resource management.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills for data accuracy.
• Strong communication with staff and leadership across departments.
• Experience with Certinia PSA and Salesforce for staffing and forecasting.
• Comfortable with Power BI and adapting to new reporting tools.
