Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Identify, document, and execute process improvements for resource management.
• Prepare staffing and operational reports: utilization, forecasting, trends.
• Collaborate with department heads on resource planning, reporting, and staffing.
• End-to-end project tasks: handoff, planning, setup, closeout, time-tracking.
• Monitor delivery processes, time-tracking, and compliance; provide insights.
• Analyze data for performance metrics, forecasting, and service-delivery insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
• 3-5 years in business operations, resource management, staffing, or related role
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills for data accuracy and compliance
• Strong communication across staff and leadership across departments
• Experience with Certinia PSA and Salesforce for staffing, forecasting, and reporting
• Analytical skills with utilization metrics, capacity, forecasting
• Comfortable with Power BI and adaptable to new reporting technologies
