Identify and implement process improvements for resource management and workflows.
Coordinate staffing, forecasting, and data analysis to support delivery.
Partner with department heads on capacity, engagement status, and reporting.
Manage end-to-end project tasks, including Sales-to-Delivery handoffs and Certinia PSA setup.
Ensure time-tracking accuracy, status reporting, and compliance with standards.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR, or related field.
3-5 years in business operations or staffing.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills for data accuracy.
Strong cross-functional communication to execute tasks.
Experience with Certinia PSA and Salesforce for staffing, forecasting, and reporting.
Proficiency with Power BI and adapting to new reporting tech.
