📋 Description

• Assist with the preparation and launch of Correlation One training programs, including application
• Collaborate with the Product and Operations team to run our business operations, with a focus on
• Create a friendly, professional learning environment by troubleshooting learner needs and
• Perform anecdotal & statistical analysis on our collected product data to uncover actionable

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role.
• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders in English (written and spoken).
• Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with large audiences and varying levels of
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
