Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Managing client Inventory and Matrix analysis based on Trustee Inventory.
• Ensuring proper controls are in place for exceptions.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly inventory reports and exception summaries.
• Drive month end closing and reporting within 5 working days.
• Timely responses to client or vendor requests.
• Timely completion of statutory and internal audits and SOX cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate required.
• 2-4 years in Mortgage Industry.
• Proactive, deadline-conscious, and assertive.
• Expertise in MS Office, Macros, and MS SQL.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible to work US shift.
