📋 Description

• Managing client inventory and matrix analysis per Trustee Inventory.
• Ensuring controls are in place for exceptions.
• Preparing weekly and monthly inventory reports and exception summaries.
• Assisting teams with audits, templates, manuals, and required documents.
• Providing accurate information to internal teams in a timely manner.
• Ensuring control reports meet SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate
• 2-4 years in Mortgage Industry
• Proactive, deadline-driven, and assertive
• MS Office, Macros, MS SQL expertise
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical, problem-solving; willing to detailed analysis; US shift
