Operations Analyst, Credentialing

📋 Description

• Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical
• Complete applications for provider credential, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify
• Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing, licensing platform and ensure
• Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required
• Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed
• Summarize research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Experience in Credentialing is a must
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
• The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
• Strong attention to detail
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
